Wow.
Past Christmas already and a new year has come. What a year. I hope that everyone had a great Christmas just like we did. Sophia opened many presents and received many new things to explore and learn with. She has also started to become a pretty darn good dancer and got a lot of toys that let her express her new found talent.
Although this is technically Sophia’s second Christmas, we feel like it’s her first. Last year she was new and all she wanted to do was sleep. This year she was excited and her eyes were gleaming at every present she opened and every house with lights she saw. It was a whole new experience for her as well as us as parents. There is no better feeling than to see your child be so happy. Of course shopping for her was something pretty simple this time around. She received a rocking caterpillar, a travel vTech learning station, some clothes, and many, many other toys. I cant wait until the iPod, cell phone stage hits, and it seems to be attracting younger and younger children. I cant remember ever asking Santa for a cell phone!!
